• Booth rental rates include pipe, drape, duplex outlet head sign, draped table and two chairs on Wednesday. 
• Exhibitor firms must be IDEAS Associate Members. Non-member firms are encouraged to apply for membership. 

Where the show is this year and what it is called?
The show will be held at Valley Forge Convention Center, King of Prussia, PA, on Wednesday, October 20, 2010. (http://www.vfconventioncenter.com/)  The show is called the Mid-Atlantic Lumber and Building Material Trade Show. Because this is our first attempt for IDEAS we decided to have only a 1 day trade show. However, setup for the show will be Tuesday, October 19th, and breakdown will be Thursday, October, 21^st. Rooms will be available at special rates at the convention center for those who will need to stay overnight to either exhibit at the show or attend.

Right next door to the convention ceter is the Radisson Hotel Valley Forge, 160 First Avenue, King of Prussia PA 19406. We have made arrangements for a special rate for those of you who want to come in a day early or stay late or both. Just click this link for Hotel Reservations. Airport shuttle service is available by a private shuttle company, Tropiano. Shuttles depart from the Airport Ground Transportation area every 30 minutes from 6am until midnight.

Who is expected to attend the show?
We expect to attract lumber and building material dealers, architects, builders, and the various building tradesmen in the industry but will not be open to the public. We not only provide a great place to network, meet industry colleagues, promote your business from New York to Philadelphia to Washington, D.C., but will provide a venue for appropriate and timely seminars for the LBM industry.

Want to attend and are there fees?
There is no admission fee to attend for pre-registered attendees. However, there will be a $5.00 administration fee at the door for unregistered attendees. Seminars are FREE. Just fill out our attendee form.
